Kevin Chase Executive Search Group is a national consulting and executive search firm serving mission-driven, nonprofit organizations in the human services, social justice, healthcare philanthropy, education, and arts & culture sectors. We partner with Boards, Search Committees, Senior Leadership Teams, and stakeholder groups to navigate critical leadership transitions.

With a focus on Executive Leadership and Fundraising engagements, we offer a full range of Leadership Transition Services in addition to full-service Executive Search. Kevin acted as a partner and guide throughout the process of choosing our first Managing Director.
